- 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the LAN and the modernization of the electrical and lighting installations as part of the task "Establishment of the Residents Service Center".2. The subject of the order will be performed in the building at ul. Chemiska 68 in Grudzidz.3. Item the order includes in particular: 1) construction and modernization of the basic and emergency lighting installation; 2) construction and modernization of the electrical installation, including switchboards and 230 V and 400 V plug sockets; 3) construction of a new computer network, which will include structured cabling and network equipment.4. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.5. The contractor is obliged to use construction products consistent with the design documentation and specifications technical performance and acceptance of works, and permitted for use by the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended).
