Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the reconstruction of the former synagogue building on plot No. 1762 in the city of czna in order to give the building a new function of a library with exhibition elements as part of the revitalization of the Old Town in czna, stage III. 2. The planned scope of work includes: among others: 1) demolition of: roof covering and part of the roof truss, stone floor, partition walls, parts of the ceilings above the first and ground floors, reinforced concrete stairs, chipping away of damaged plasters, 2) construction of a horizontal diaphragm, 3) execution of vertical insulation from the outside of the building, 4) reinforcements scratched walls and lintels of the building, 5) re-brickwork of damaged wall fragments, buttresses, replacement, supplementation of damaged bricks in the external walls of the building, 6) repair of cornices and window architraves, 7) reconstruction of the roof covering together with insulation and insulation laid on solid formwork, 8) execution of flashings sheet metal, gutters and downpipes, 9) execution of renovation plasters in the lower parts of the walls, 10) execution of lime-trass plasters on the remaining fragments, 11) replacement of windows and doors, except for the entrance doors, intended for reno...
