- 1. The documentation describing the subject of the order regarding construction works includes design documentation: A. Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works.2. Additional works that must be performed at the Contractor's own expense under this order: A. Full surveying services /staking out, inventory/. - if applicable. B. Repair of above-ground and underground equipment damaged during the execution of works. C. Securing and organizing the construction site, works and restoring the area to its original state, D. Necessary tests, tests. NOTE: To complete the order, the Contractor is obliged to use materials guaranteeing the highest quality. The Ordering Party also informs that the types and symbols of materials or devices, their designation and the possible names of their producers were specified in order to specify the parameters and technical and operational conditions of the subject of the order. The ordering party allows offering equivalent materials and devices, provided that they guarantee the performance of technical and operational conditions not worse than those assumed in the documentation.
