- carrying out geophysical research using the method of electrical resistivity tomography [ERT] together with the development of their results to determine the occurrence and abundance of deposits on real estate owned by the State Treasury 1. The offer should be prepared on the attached form tender constituting Annex No. 1.2. Answers are required to all questions included in the offer form. If the question listed in the Bid Form does not apply to the contractor, please enter "not applicable".3. Every saved page of the offer should be signed in handwriting, legibly or with a personal stamp by the person(s) authorized to represent the Contractor.4. The offer form must include the total gross offer price (PLN) - used to compare offers and settlements with the Ordering Party and unit prices for each item.5. The contractor is obliged to provide gross prices in the offer, both in numbers and in words, with an accuracy of two decimal places.6. Deadline for submitting offers is October 17, 2025, 10:00 a.m.7. Prepared the offer should be sent to: barbara.duliniec@kowr.gov.pl or via the EB2B purchasing platform https://kowr.eb2b.com.pl/.8.
