- 1. The subject of the order is to perform laboratory tests in connection with the implementation of the investment task titled Construction of a multi-purpose sports field with a permanent roof at the School Complex in Warka. 2. The number and type of tests are specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. LIST OF TESTS. 3. The indicated number and type of tests on individual tasks is the maximum number, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of ordered tests within specific types of tests. 4. The final value of the estimated remuneration for the subject of the contract will be determined on the basis of the as-built cost estimate approved by the Ordering Party. The remuneration due to the Contractor for the services provided will be determined as the sum of the products of the unit price and the number of tests performed and received as part of a given order. The minimum order value will be 50% of the value orders.
