- Description:
- The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and conservation services for the lighting of roads and public places on lines and devices owned by the Ary Commune with municipal status in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions applicable to the service in question, in particular with: Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended). The Contractor shall operate and the Ordering Party shall enable the operation of the devices covered by the order in a manner ensuring: 1) safety operation and the environment,2) optimal use of devices,3) maintaining the efficiency and quality of lighting devices for roads and public places,4) behavior requires environmental protection,5) safe and economical operation of devices,6) rational and economical use of energy electricity. The contractor will be obliged to provide 24-hour on-call service, also enabling the reception of telephone reports of failures constituting a direct threat to human life and health, animal life and fire hazard.
