- Part 1: Minor sanitary works. Scope of the subject of the order: Sanitary maintenance and renovation works that are the subject of the order most often include: - replacement of damaged sinks, washbasins, urinals, toilet bowls - replacement/repair of damaged water heaters, - replacement/repair of fittings, - replacement/repair of valves, - replacement of water intake filters, - replacement, cleaning, unclogging of sewage pipes: cast iron, stoneware and PVC, as well as siphons and drain grates, - cleaning of settling tanks in laboratories, - repairing failures in water pipelines (steel and plastic pipes), - bleeding radiators, replacing damaged valves, - repairing failures in central heating system pipelines, - other maintenance and renovation works in the field of sanitary installations, - Accompanying and finishing works related to with the removal of the effects of a failure, aimed at restoring the surface, i.e. painting, covering with plasterboards, filling in holes in the walls, etc. Detailed scope of maintenance and renovation works in the sanitary industry with measurements according to KNR/KNNR, which is the basis for the offer estimate is included in the Bill of Quantities for electrical works. In accordance with the OPZ for part 1.
