Description:
1. The description of the subject of the order specifies the quality standards referred to in the Public Procurement Law.2. The subject of the order is construction works in the scope of painting works in selected rooms at the headquarters of ZOW NFZ, together with the replacement of lighting with LED lighting.3. Place of work: the registered office of the Ordering Party (Szczecin, ul. Arkoska 45).4. Common Vocabulary Order: 45442100-8 painting works, 45316000-5 installation of lighting and signaling systems, 31500000-1 lighting devices and electric lamps5. A detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the requirements and method of execution of the order by the Ordering Party specify: 5.1 description of the subject of the order along with the bill of quantities (task no. 1 to SWZ), 5.2 proposed provisions of the contract (task no. 2 to SWZ).6. In case of doubt, for the purposes of interpretation, documents will have priority in the following order: 6.1 draft provisions of the contract, 6.2 bill of quantities.7. The draft provisions of the contract and the description of the subject of the order provide details and specification of the subject of the order.
