- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for periodic inspections of buildings, to the extent consistent with the provisions of construction law, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). amended) art. 62 section 1 point 1 letter a, b and c and art. 1 point 2, located in ΕodΕΊ at ul. Nowa 38. The order concerns: The scope of periodic inspections of the building will include in particular: 1) preparation, agreement and submission of the implementation schedule to the Ordering Party for approval periodic inspections of the building and a template of the Periodic Inspection Report, taking into account the full scope of inspections carried out, within 5 business days (understood as UDT working days) from the date of conclusion of the contract. In the schedule, the Contractor will provide contact details of the people who will perform the work periodic checks, including e-mail address. The schedule must take into account limitations resulting from working time in individual facilities, 2) familiarizing yourself with the documentation before starting the periodic inspection, including, among others: reports from the previous inspection, reports from the acceptance of renovation works performed in buildings in the period since the previous inspection and reports from users of rooms in the inspected facility, 3) conducting a site visit to the inspected facility (requires familiarization with the technical condition of all rooms), 4) preparing photographic documentation of control...
