Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to carry out renovation works together with the replacement of window joinery and the installation of air conditioners in the rooms of the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Department of the Provincial Hospital in Kielce (Pavilion G) located in Kielce atl. Artwiskiego 3a, in accordance with the task documentation: technical documentation and bills of quantities constituting Annexes No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ, in particular the performance of renovation and installation works in the scope of: - replacement of window joinery, - painting of rooms, - replacement of lighting fixtures, - installation of air conditioningtorw. Information on the rules for the implementation of the subject of the order, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
