Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the performance of renovation works in educational institutions in the Praga Poudnie District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in the scope of: a) construction and finishing works; b) sanitary installation works in the field of heating and ventilation networks, installations and devices, gas, water and sewage systems; c) electrical installation works in the field of electrical, power and telecommunications networks, installations and devices. The list of educational institutions is attached as Annex 12 to the SWZ. Construction works will be performed in active construction facilities and during breaks in teaching. For the purposes of renovations in educational institutions, due to the need to ensure the continuity of their operation, it is necessary to carry out renovation works outside their opening hours and in a multi-shift system, which is also necessary during breaks in teaching. Type the work and the conditions for the execution of the work are specified in: Description of the subject of the order, Bills of Quantities and Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works constituting Annexes 9, 10, 11 to SWZ.2.
