On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for renovation works at the UDT unit in Toruń. We would like to inform you that the Ordering Party has the option of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations). We reserve that the proceedings may end failure to select an offer if the estimated financial resources for financing the order are exceeded. Local VisionThe Ordering Party recommends, before pricing the order and submitting an offer, to conduct your own inspection of the scope, place and conditions of the order execution at the seat of the Office of Technical Inspection in Toruń, at ul. 102C/31. jadwiga.soltysiak@udt.gov.pl Scope of services: 1. Removing furniture from rooms. 2. Securing windows, doors and floors. 3. Repairing plaster cracks on walls and ceiling (feathering the tape), painting - approx. 300 m2.4.
