- 1. The subject of the order is to carry out renovations in buildings and provide 24-hour technical emergency services on real estate belonging to the housing resources of the Radzionkow commune. 2. The subject of the order includes two tasks: 2.1. Task No. 1 - Renovations in existing buildings included in the housing stock of the Radzionkow commune;2.2. Task No. 2 - providing 24-hour technical emergency services on properties included in the housing resources of the Radzionkow commune. 3. Task No. 1: consists in particular in carrying out renovations in buildings included in the housing stock Radzionki communes administered by the Radzionki City Hall. 4. Task No. 2: consists in particular in receiving and registering reports about failures, access to the site of the failure, determining the causes of the failure, removing the failure or providing security until the failure is removed and determining the material scope necessary to perform the works, in order to restore the efficiency of installations, devices and facilities after the failure has been removed and to immediately provide this information to the Ordering Party. 5.
