Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services of an audit company for ARP S.A., including in the 2025 2026 rotary years:
Financial Reports ARP S.A. z tests;
2) attestation of the ESG report of the ARP Group for 2025 in accordance with the standards applicable at the date (KSUA 3002PL or standards adopted by the EC on the basis of the CSRD directive);
10.05.2022 and 8.08.2025, completed with the issue of separate reports for the periods indicated in 2025 2026;
At the request of the Ordering Party - in meetings of the Audit Committee, Supervisory Board and General Meetings regarding 2025 2026;
tests Extended selected areas of financial statements (with the full method) if the contracting authority is needed. rights (in particular by the Accounting Act) and the relevant standards of certificate research and services.
