4.1. The subject of the order are geodetic and cartographic services, including the performance of geodetic works in the procedure of consolidation and division of real estate located in the arc between Widerska and Radzysk streets in accordance with Art. 101 to 108 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2024 pos. 1145 from Mon. amended) in connection with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 4, 2005 on the merger and division of real estate (Journal of Laws No. 86, item 736) and preparation of documentation for the draft resolution, taking into account Resolution No. for consolidation and division of real estate located in the arc between Widerska and Radzysk streets.4.2.
