Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase, planting and protection of 270 trees in the commune of Grudzidz.2. The subject of the order includes the purchase of plant material (trees) and the implementation of tree plantings along with staking according to species, varieties, quantities, parameters and requirements specified in annexes to the Template Agreement, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The exact location and detailed scope of activities required for the implementation of the Subject of the order are specified in Annexes No. 1 and 2 to the Contract Template.4. Requirements regarding plant material and tree planting are included in Annex No. 3 i 4 to the Template Agreement.5. The Contractor will perform the subject of the order using the equipment, devices and materials at his disposal in accordance with the art of gardening, applicable standards and regulations.6. Material, equipment and devices referred to in section 5, should meet the requirements resulting from the regulations detailed.7. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, during the term of this contract, meets the requirements specified for the fleet of vehicles used to perform this task, contained in Art. 35 section 2 point 2, art. 36a and art. 68 section 3 of the Act z...
