• The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the service of carrying out technical inspections of working conditions at the PKP IC Remtrak Opole Plant. The offer to carry out technical examinations of working conditions at the PKP IC Remtrak Opole Plant should include include inspection of: · technical safety, including compliance with essential and minimum requirements for machines · completeness of documentation essential for the safe operation of machines and other devices that do not meet the definitions of the directive machinery, issues of safe organization of work related to the storage and use of chemical substances and mixtures in the context of the REACH and CLP regulations, as well as the latest change regarding the use of chemicals containing diisocyanates, · correctness and completeness of occupational risk assessments, · correctness and completeness of occupational health and safety instructions, · condition of buildings and work rooms as to the fulfillment of requirements for safe work, · interaction of production processes with from the point of view of threats to the working environment, but also the interaction between positions and the impact of processes carried out at a specific position on surrounding positions, · safe implementation of intra-plant transport, both mechanical and manual and handling equipment, · ensuring a ventilation system appropriate to the processes being carried out to prevent the accumulation of factors harmful to health, · ensuring the selection of factors for testing and testing appropriate to the process hazards environmental measurements...
