Description:
1. The subject of the order is to carry out tests of waste delivered to Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. z o. o. Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant in Konin in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of June 8, 2016 on technical conditions qualification of part of the energy recovered from thermal transformation of waste (Journal of Laws 2016, item 847) and testing of waste produced in the combustion process,a) for waste with code 20 03 01b) for waste with code 19 12 12c) for waste with code 19 01 12 beehives and bottom ashes other than those mentioned on 19/01/11*:d) for waste with code 19 01 15* - dust from cats containing hazardous substances to the extent indicated in the order documents2. The subject of the order includes the collection and preparation of waste samples for the above-mentioned tests. The Contractor will be obliged to submit a written plan to the Ordering Party taking samples at the ZTUOK premises within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.3.
