Description:
The subject of the order is the execution of construction works in the locksmith industry as part of maintenance and ongoing repairs in buildings specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and on playground areas specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The description and scope of work are included in the bill of quantities constituting the annex. No. 6 to the SWZ and Description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ). The bill of quantities is an estimate, assumes an estimated scope of work and specifies one unit of the most frequently performed type of work. It is used to determine the unit prices of the most frequently performed repair works and to calculate the price offers and comparisons of complex offers. The actual quantities of work during the order execution period are greater than those presented in the bill of quantities and will be specified in detail in orders issued by the Technical, Investment and Renovation Department of PGM yrardw Sp. z o. o. according to the needs for each premises/building separately. Implementation the work will be carried out according to individual orders issued in the number and order of actual needs on the premises/building and within the time agreed by the parties in each order.
