- 1. The subject of the order are the CASCO insurance services of rail vehicles on all risks. The subject of the insurance is new, four -part electric traction units Impuls 2 type
31 Webc from Newag S.A. intended for service of passenger regional movement at a maximum speed of 160 km/h. The total number of insured wagons as at the date of the procedure is 26. The total amount of property reported for insurance is PLN 780,000,000.
2. According to the framework description of the subject of the contract presented during preliminary market consultations with individual contractors:
2.1 Insurance of rail vehicles on damage and spontaneous risks (Casco)
2.1.1 Subject of insurance
2.1.1.1 The subject of CASCO insurance are rail vehicles owned by the policyholder, used by Koleje Śląskie Sp. z o.o.
2.1.1.2 The subject of the insurance is both factory equipment and an additional vehicle included in total insurance, if it was clearly indicated in the description of the individual vehicle or if for additional equipment a separate sum insurance.
The scope of insurance will include in particular the risk listed below:
