1. The subject of the order is casco insurance for the rolling stock of the Silesian Voivodeship.
2. Description of the subject of the order (abbreviated: OPZ) is attached as the Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.
3. The draft provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

OPZ, pursuant to Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the obligation for the contractor to perform it personally a key task regarding the order for insurance services consisting in providing insurance cover in the form of readiness to pay compensation if the provisions of the insurance contract are fulfilled.
6. The order in question is intended to be financed from funds in the multi-annual financial forecast for 2025-2027.
