Description:
Detailed terms of the order are specified in the annex entitled: fuel inquirya) Forecasted quantities of fuel demand during the contract period: 1. Diesel: 8,000 liters,2. Unleaded petrol: 8,000 liters. Quantities specified by the Ordering Party (in liters) are forecast quantities and cannot constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims as to the actual amount of payment for the delivery. The fuel quantities given are estimates for calculation purposes offer price. The final amount of fuel purchased will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. b) Duration of the contract: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. c) Fuel purchase will be made cashless using fuel cards issued by the Contractor. d) The Contractor ensures the possibility of refueling at the Contractor's gas stations 24 hours a day and every day of the year. e) Fuels must meet the requirements of Polish standards regarding the quality requirements of liquid fuels. f) The price to be paid by the Ordering Party each time the fuel consumed will be charged for the amount of fuel actually refueled and the price of 1 liter of fuel applicable at a given station at the time of refueling, less the discount offered. g) Fuel cards will be issued for the car and driver/bearer. Purchase limits during the billing period for a given card will be determined at the stage of completing applications for fuel cards.
