Description:
The subject of the order is the successive, non-cash delivery of liquid fuels in the form of refueling the tanks of commercial vehicles, engine equipment and canisters used by the Ordering Party, in the following total, estimated quantities: 1) diesel oil (B7) - 30,000 liters, 2) unleaded petrol PB95 (E5) - 3,500 liters,3) unleaded petrol PB 98 (E5) - 1,500 liters. The Ordering Party informs that the given order quantity is an estimate and reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of deliveries. The amount of fuel may change during the execution of the contract depending on current needs Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor will not provide for the remaining order quantity or compensation. The exact value of the order cannot be determined due to the fact that the forecast fuel quantities may change during the duration of the contract. This is due to the unpredictable number of interventions firefighting rescue and rescue. Fuel will be delivered successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, at the Contractor's gas stations 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and due to the numerous refuelings resulting from the need zap...
