Description:
3.1 The subject of the proceedings is the non-cash delivery of liquid fuels to buses owned by the City of Otwock.
3.2 The Contractor will guarantee the Ordering Party the possibility of purchasing fuel 24 hours a day in the City of Otwock or at a maximum distance of 5 km from the border of the City of Otwock.
3.3Detailed the description of how to implement the subject of the contract will consist in particular in:
1) Current refueling of the Ordering Party's buses at the Contractor's gas station with liquid fuel:
- diesel oil (ON) in the amount of approximately 10,000 liters per month
- AdBlue exhaust gas purifying fluid approximately 500 liters per month
2) Due to the fact that the amount of fuel supplies depends on current needs, the Ordering Party reserves that the amount of fuel given above is estimated/indicative quantity provided for the purpose of calculating the offer price. Due to the fact that the amount of fuel specified in the above point may change change, the Contractor's remuneration will be payable according to the actual amount of fuel purchased. Failure by the Ordering Party to complete the full quantitative scope will not give rise to the Contractor's claim for its full implementation.
3)Fuels will be refueled directly into vehicle tanks the Ordering Party at the selected Contractor's gas station, successively depending on the Ordering Party's needs.
4)Fuel will be purchased in a non-cash form:
a) based on the WZ document (providing the information referred to in the contract template)
or
b) using electronic cards - fuel cards identify...
