- 1.1 The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of diesel oil for a tank with a capacity of 5,000 l. 1) The Contractor will deliver, using its own transport, at its own expense and risk, diesel oil successively to the needs of the Ordering Party, ensuring the frequency of refueling to the Ordering Party's employees. Estimated total quantity diesel oil is 230,000 liters. Diesel oil supplies to the tank located in the arena at ul. w. Brata Alberta 8, will take place on working days from 7.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. up to 72 hours from sending the order via e-mail or fax (working days), depending on delivery times offered in the Offer Form. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Ordering Party about the planned delivery at least 3 hours in advance (notification on business days). Each refueling from the Contractor's tanker to the tank will take place in the presence of the Ordering Party's Employee.2) On its own the cost, the Contractor, in the presence of the Ordering Party's Employee, connected the tank located at the Ordering Party's premises, in the arena at ul. w.
