Description:
Subject of the order: - refueling directly into car tanks and equipment (canisters) with fuels that meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018); Furthermore, they must be compliant with standards: PN-EN ISO 4259, - refueling both vehicle tanks and canisters must be cashless, on all days of the week, - fuel refueling will take place successively depending on the needs at the Contractor's gas station indicated in the above-mentioned offer, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on all days of the week, - the Contractor sells fuel to the Ordering Party at gross unit prices applicable on the day of refueling, - the Contractor must have a station located in Mogilno (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship), at a distance no greater than 5 km from the Ordering Party's registered office, - issuing collective VAT invoices regulating the amounts due for the purchase of fuel twice a month (the first invoice on the 15th day of each month, the second invoice on the last day of the month).
