Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels for commercial vehicles and other devices (list - Annex No. liters, b. diesel oil - 20,200 liters,c. LPG - 2,200 liters, 3. Liquid fuels that are the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in Art. 3 of the Act of August 25, 2006. on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315, as amended). , 4. The contractor must have fuel stations that meet the requirementsregulations for fuel stations, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Economy on the technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1707) ., 5.
