Description:
The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuel throughout the country for motor vehicles operated by the Ordering Party and its serviced units. Fuel will be purchased directly into the tanks of the Ordering Party's commercial vehicles. The contractor is obliged to maintain in Kielce, during the term of the contract, at least two gas stations open 24 hours a day.2. The Ordering Party expects to purchase fuel in the amount and type: 1) diesel oil: 35,000 liters 2) 95 unleaded petrol: 2,700 liters The purchase of a smaller amount of fuel than the indicated estimated amount cannot be the basis for financial claims for the Contractor's side for non-performance or improper performance of the contract. The given fuel quantities are estimates used to calculate the offer price. The final amount of fuel purchased will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Purchases of the above-mentioned fuels will be made using cards issued to the vehicle registration number. Cards must be secured with a PIN code.
