The subject of the order is the purchase - refueling directly into the fuel tanks of cars and equipment (canisters) of fuels that meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels - Pb 95, diesel and LPG.

The subject of the order is the purchase - refueling directly into the fuel tanks of cars and equipment (canisters) of fuels that meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. on quality requirements for liquid fuels - Pb 95, diesel and LPG. The order covers the implementation of internally separated tasks no. 1 - 15 (in accordance with the list of tasks included in the OPZ). Refueling will be based on fleet cards or equivalent cards assigned to individual vehicles Contractor's stations. Total estimated maximum quantity of fuel covered by the order: Pb 95 - 123,600.00 l, diesel - 115,800.00 l, LPG - 78,200.00 l.
Fuel will be purchased successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The amount of fuel given in the OPZ (list of tasks) was calculated on the basis of the forecast the Ordering Party's needs during the contract implementation period, and the given quantities are estimated. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the contract to the extent of at least 80% of the gross contract value and reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order by a maximum of 20% of the gross contract value in traction...
