Description:
1. THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER is: "Cashless purchase of liquid fuels for official vehicles of the Sosnowiec Commune and municipal organizational units and municipal companies of the commune", in Chapter II of the SWZ the subject of this order is described in detail along with the exact amount of fuels. 2.DATE PERFORMANCE OF THE ORDER: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contracts, but not earlier than from January 4, 2026. If the Contractor is selected and the contract is signed before January 4, 2026, the delivery will be performed for 24 months from January 4, 2026. 3. CONTRACTORS JOINTLY APPLYING FOR GRANT PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: 3.1. Contractors may jointly apply for a public contract. In such a case, Contractors acting jointly are obliged to appoint a representative to represent them in the proceedings or to represent them in the proceedings and conclude an agreement regarding the public procurement in question. All correspondence will be conducted by the Ordering Party only with its representative. 3.2. The condition regarding the authorization to conduct a specific business or professional activity (if formulated), referred to in Art. 112 section 2 point 2 of the Act PZP, will be met if at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract has the authorization to conduct a specific business or professional activity and will provide the services for which these authorizations are required. 3.3.
