Description:
1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of liquid fuels, i.e. diesel oil - diesel, unleaded petrol - Pb 95 for the operation of vehicles and devices at the disposal of the Gowaczów Commune, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Fuel will be purchased by directly refueling fuel into the tanks of motor vehicles or canisters at gas stations. Refueling will take place successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, at the Contractor's fuel stations, which should be located at a distance of no more than 4 km. from the registered office of the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to provide 24-hour service in the field of refueling cars with fuel, in particular Volunteer Fire Department vehicles participating in fire-fighting operations and vehicles intended for road demolition. Cashless purchase of fuels and products the use of vehicles will be based on registered purchase transactions made on a given day at the gas station.
