Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels for vehicles and equipment at the disposal of the Wacz Commune, in the estimated quantities: a) unleaded gasoline Pb 95 10,056 liters, b) diesel oil 121,849 liters.2. Liquid fuels will be sold at gas stations in the town where the company is headquartered the Ordering Party or other stations located within the district, the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and the entire country, under the Contractor's control, at least from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and cooperating stations that accept fuel cards issued to the Ordering Party by the Contractor for cashless settlements purchased fuel, taking into account the fixed amount discount offered in the offer form.3. The specified amounts of liquid fuels are estimates and as such cannot constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims regarding the amount of liquid fuels actually purchased by the Ordering Party during implementation of a contract concluded as a result of a public procurement. The actual amount of fuel will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period.
