Description:
1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for the needs of vehicles and equipment operated by the Municipal Budget Office in 2026.2. Cashless, cyclical sales of fuel for the Ordering Party's motor vehicles will take place at stations Contractor's fuels, using electronic fuel cards in the following total, estimated quantities: Pb: 2,500 l, diesel fuel: 25,000 l,3. The fuel quantities specified in section 2 are approximate quantities estimated on the basis of the current fuel consumption of vehicles i the Ordering Party's equipment, hence the Contractor is not entitled to claim for deliveries in the amounts specified above. The actual amount of fuel will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period, and the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum level order completion is 50% of the estimated demand.4. During the implementation of the contract, in the event of greater demand for specific fuels than expected, the Ordering Party anticipates, pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the possibility of exercising the option right in accordance with the following provisions: The maximum value of the option may be no more than 30% of the value of the basic order...
