Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Cashless purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles of Gminna Spka Komunalna Bierkom Sp. z o. o. made on the basis of electronic fuel cards in the years 2026-2027.2. The scope of the order includes the successive purchase of fuels: oil diesel fuel and gasoline for the needs of Gminna Spka Komunalna Bierkom Sp. z o. o., ensuring cashless settlement of transactions in the electronic fuel card system. 3. Estimated demand: 1) diesel oil 140,000 liters; 2) gasoline 1,000 liters. 4. Refueling will be based on the current needs of the Ordering Party during the duration of the contract. The Ordering Party informs that the given order quantity is an estimate and reserves the right to change the scope of purchases in terms of quantity due to current needs, in such a case the Contractor will not provide for the remaining amount or compensation.1) The above-mentioned. liquid fuel should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for fuels liquids (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and in accordance with the PN-EN 590 standard and the PN-EN 228.5 standard.
