Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of approximately 130,000 liters of diesel oil. The quality requirements for diesel oil apply, specified in detail in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024.1018, consolidated text) and in the PN-EN standard 590:2022-08 Fuels for motor vehicles Diesel oils Requirements and test methods, according to national climatic conditions, three periods are defined: a) from April 16 to September 30 - grade B (summer), b) from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15 - grade D (transitional), c) from 16 November to the end of February - grade F (winter). The Ordering Party requires that refueling be done using fuel (fleet) cards. assigned to vehicles, including the vehicle's odometer reading, at each refueling. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with fuel cards before the conclusion of the contract contracts.
