- 1. The contractor is obliged to perform veterinary services while maintaining poniszy provisions: 1) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on the protection of animals (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1580 of 158from 2023 item 1075 from d.), 3) of the Act of 18 December 2003 on medical reasons for animals (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 24), 4) of the Act of December 21, 1990 on the profession of veterinarian and chambers of medical and veterinary medical and chambers, 5) vaulted ordinances issued on the basis of the abovementioned set. 2. RequirementsFor the Contractor: 1) he must be entered in the register of medicinal reasons for animals kept by District Veterinary Medical Councils, 2) has a qualified staff, have appropriate permissions and may carry out veterinary operations and procedures. 3. The scope of the suspensions is listed: 1) Conducting the testhealth condition and diagnosis of age as a factor qualifying animal for castration by an authorized veterinarian, 2) performing samocw castration surgery: anchors and PSW and castration of females: anchors and PSW, 3) administering cats and dogs necessary for cats and dogs...
