The subject of this agreement is catching, transporting and providing 24-hour care, consisting of providing shelter, food and veterinary care, for homeless animals from the Zgierz commune, performing sterilization and castration procedures, electronic marking (chipping) dogs and cats and conducting adoption activities.2. Stray animals from the Zgierz commune will be caught only on an emergency basis and delivered to a shelter or animal hotel in the town where the contractor will take care of the homeless animals. 3. Scope of the subject includes: trapping, which will take place immediately after a telephone notification by employees of the Department of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of the Zgierz Commune Office, marking with a chip of recovered animals, ensuring proper care and treatment, food, veterinary supervision, prevention and treatment, vaccination of animals caught from the Zgierz commune, which should be carried out in accordance with applicable veterinary regulations, sterilization and castration of animals strictly according to the veterinarian's instructions within a period not shorter than 14 days from ...
