Description:
1. The subject of the order is the scope of the service including comprehensive services related to catching and keeping stray animals from the Lubiszyn commune in a shelter, including: 1) Capturing and transporting stray animals, 2) Admission of an animal to the shelter (including: inspection of the animal by a veterinarian, vaccination against rabies, deworming, flea treatment, vaccination against infectious diseases),3) Stay and full board of the dog and cat in the shelter, 4) Sterilization of the female dog, 5) Sterilization of the female cat, 6) Castration of the dog, 7) Castration of the male cat, 8) Permanent marking of the animal + cost of the microchip, 9) Veterinary procedures necessary to save the life or health of the animal, 10) Activities in the field of disposal of carcasses of dead animals under the care of the shelter, 11) Transport of animals, including from another shelter, 12) Cooperation with the ordering party in the implementation of animal adoption activities as part of the implementation subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 13) Carry out a 14-day quarantine for newly arrived animals and, in the case of bites, carry out observation for rabies at a facility designated by the District Medical Officer Wet...
