Description:
The subject of the order is to provide services involving the removal of homeless dogs from the Knyszyn Commune and keeping them in a shelter in 2026 and 2027.1. The order includes: 1) humane rescue of homeless and unattended dogs from the Knyszyn Commune and their transport to the shelter, and in cases necessary, to the veterinary facility within a time limit not exceeding ... (24/48*according to the Contractor's offer) hours from the Ordering Party's notification sent by telephone or electronically; 2) in the event of a dog biting a human being, retrieving and transporting the animal to a veterinarian in order to be observed within a period not exceeding 4 hours from the date of notification;3) providing the caught and kept dogs with appropriate care in the shelter, including: a. proper food and constant access to fresh water, b. rooms and pens that protect them against cold, heat and precipitation from access to sunlight, 4) providing caught and kept dogs with comprehensive veterinary care: a. after transporting the dog to the shelter, a 14-day quarantine will be carried out, during which time the owner will be searched for z...
