Description:
The subject of the order is the capture, maintenance and provision of veterinary care for homeless animals caught or taken away from the Dbie commune, along with conducting an adoption campaign. 2. The order includes the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the following services: activities: 1) catching or collecting homeless animals from the Dbie commune 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and transporting them to the Contractor's shelter in a manner consistent with applicable law; 2) providing rooms for keeping stray animals that meet the conditions specified in applicable law; 3) provide food for homeless animals by providing a daily portion of drinking water and food intended for a given animal species, which will correspond to the nutritional needs of the individual, in accordance with the applicable rules in this matter; 4) providing veterinary care to homeless animals on a permanent basis, in compliance with the provisions of law and professional ethics; 5) carrying out mandatory medical procedures consisting of treatment, vaccinations against infectious diseases, deworming, flea...
