  • The scope of services provided under the contract includes: 1) Catching stray animals (dogs and cats) and ensuring their transport in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular the use of devices and means that do not pose a threat to life, health or cause suffering animals being examined. After being caught, homeless animals should be immediately transported to a shelter or a place where caught animals are kept before being transported to the shelter referred to in section 5. 2 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration on the principles and conditions catching stray animals in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of August 26, 1998 on the rules and conditions for catching stray animals (Journal of Laws No. 116, item 753).2) Providing a place in a shelter for homeless animals in appropriate conditions,3) Maintaining and feeding homeless animals, consisting in providing them with a daily portion of drinking water and food intended for animals, which will correspond to the nutritional needs of a given animal in accordance with the applicable regulations. ranges...
