The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Catching, transporting and keeping homeless dogs from the Rajgrd commune, consisting in the provision of a service that includes catching, transporting and keeping homeless dogs from the Rajgrd commune. The term "homeless" should be understood as an animal which escaped, was infected or abandoned by a human, and it is not possible to determine the owner or other person under whose care it has been permanently in accordance with the definition contained in the Act of August 21, 1997 on the protection of animals (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1580).2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of implementation are specified in Appendix No. 4 - Draft contract and Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.
