- 1.1. The subject of the order is to provide a service to the Ordering Party, consisting in retrieving, transporting and keeping homeless dogs from the Trzcianne commune. 1.2. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to collect stray dogs from the Trzcianne commune order of an authorized employee indicated by the Ordering Party. The swimming in question should be carried out using devices and means that do not pose a threat to the life and health of animals.1.3. The caught animals will be transported to a shelter for homeless animals.1.4. The Ordering Party expects the Contractor to provide 24-hour care for caught and kept animals and to provide them with appropriate veterinary care provided by an authorized veterinarian.1.5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit the order in question providing shelter and care for approximately 10 homeless dogs from the Trzcianne commune, who are staying in the shelter in Krzeczkowo with the current contractor, which provides services in the field of trapping and caring for homeless dogs.1.6.
