(in accordance with OPZ) Description of the proceedings: PKPLinia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość invites you to submit a price offer for the provision of the catering service mentioned in the content of the procedure, in accordance with the description included in the subject of the order (Appendix - OPZ). When submitting the offer, the contractor is obliged to present a menu along with the offer. Conditions of procedure regarding the offer and execution of the order: 1. Place services: PKP LHS sp. z o. o., ul. Szczebrzeska 11, 22-400 Zamość from 12.00 to 14.002. The offer includes the net price of the catering service, including remuneration for the service for 90 people for PKP LiniaHutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in accordance with the content indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex OPZ.3. Payment within 14 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Contractors may set a longer payment deadline in their offer, up to 30 days. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the procedure without giving a reason. 5. Order template specifying detailed conditions cooperation, Description of the subject of the order and the Declaration are included in the Attachments tab. 6. Submitting an offer means accepting the conditions specified for this procedure. 7.
