Description:
1. The subject of the order is a catering service for the Care and Housing Center Krzyski Dom Wspiera for 2026, including: 1) daily preparation of a hot meal in the form of a two-course dinner with compote; 2) delivery of the prepared hot meal to the Recipient: Care and Housing Center Krzyski Support House, ul. Gen. W. Sikorskiego 46, 11-400 Ktrzyn. Estimated order volume during the order fulfillment period: - daily stay (Monday-Friday) 3,765 pieces of meals; - 24-hour stay (Monday-Sunday) 2,555 pieces of meals.2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. In the event of failure to receive funds to finance the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in accordance with the provisions of Art. 310 point 1 of the Act PZP.
