Description:
1. Subject of the order2. Common conditions for the catering service for children and students at ZSP No. 8 in Gliwice in the period from January 2, 2026 to July 31, 2026 and from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, on the days on which the Team works.2.1. The Contractor is responsible for preparing, delivering and serving meals children and students at ZSP No. 8 in Gliwice.2.2. The scope of the order includes preparation of own products, deliveries using own transport and serving meals in kindergartens and schools in accordance with the recommendations and nutritional standards of the Institute of Food and Nutrition and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 in on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and adolescents in the units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of the collective nutrition of children and adolescents in these units (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation of the Minister of Health on July 26, 2016.
