• Catering service consisting in providing meals in the form of dinner for approximately 12,900 people per month in Zamość. Case No. ZP/PN/30/2026 The subject of the order is a catering service consisting in providing meals in the form of dinner for approximately 12,900 people per month in Zamość. Case No. ZP/PN/30/2026. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Chapter III of the SWZ. Requirements for the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons specified by the ordering party under an employment contract activities in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) - pursuant to the provisions of Art. 95, art. 96, art. 438 Pzp. The ordering party indicates the following activities in the scope of order execution, referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law 1) Preparing meals - cook Other conditions regarding employment under an employment contract are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged, throughout the entire period of the contract, to have: 1) HACCP certificate issued by an independent, accredited certification body; or 2)Certificate from the competent state authority Sanitary Inspection or the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspection on supervising the application of the principles of the implemented HACCP system, issued pursuant to Art. 59 and 73 section 1 of the Act of 25 August...
