Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services in the form of a continuous coffee buffet, lunch, welcome party and a solemn dinner for the needs of the organization of the Algo 2025 conference (by the University of Warsaw) in accordance with the contracts - Annex No. 5.1 and 5.2 to SWZ.

part 1- Provision of catering services in the form of a continuous coffee buffet, dinners, welcome acceptance for the needs of the organization of the Algo 2025 conference and
part 2 - provision of the catering service in the form of a solemn dinner for the needs of the organization of the Algo 2025.
3. TaxDescription of the subject of the contract specifies the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 2 to the contract.time of the ALGO 2025 conference, and removal of dishes, post-consumer waste after the meetings:
- in the case of part 1: coffee buffet, dinners and welcome acceptance: to the building of the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw in Warsaw (ul. Pasteura 5), within 15-19.09.2025.
- case of part 2: ceremonial dinner:to the Orangery building at the Museum of King Jan III in Wilanow, on 16.09.2025.
