Description:
1. The subject of the order is catering services during the Gala of the Mayor of Suwak Wcznia Jawingw and the Ball of the Mayor of Suwak.2. Place of implementation: SUWAKI ARENA Sports and Entertainment Hall, ul. Zarzecze 26, 16 400 Suwaki.3. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ.5. Due to the possibility of limiting the scope of the order, in accordance with Art. 433 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement (minimum scope orders) at the level indicated in the OPZ, otherwise the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this regard for not using the full value of the contract.6. In cases where trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process would be indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, characterizing specific products or services, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and understandable way and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order.
