4.1. The subject of the order is a catering service covering the preparation and delivery of meals for participants of the Residential Care Center in Ulanów (hereinafter referred to as COM) on a daily and 24-hour basis.4.2. Detailed description of the order: 1) catering service including preparation and delivery of meals for 4 COM participants in the daily stay mode: a) breakfast at 8.30 9.00 Sample menu: milk coffee, cocoa, milk, hot parsley, meat products e.g. sausages, cold cuts, egg dishes, white cheese, cottage cheese, yeast, yogurt, cereals, fruit, vegetables, butter, mixed bread, jam, mid-range, spreads. b) Lunch (two warm, nutritious meals, soup + main course) + drinks: compote at 12.00 13.00 Sample menu: various types of soups, meat, potatoes, rice, groats, pasta, fish, salads, salads and vegetables.c) Serving meals in COM dishes.d) Meals will be delivered from January 1, 2026, 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday), planned number of feeding days: 365 days.e) Meals will be delivered to the COM headquarters, street Jzefa Pisudksiego 10 a, 37- 410 Ulanw.2) catering service including preparation of...
